Terms and Conditions: VistaTech is not responsible for any mishandling or loss of data.
VistaTech reserves the right to charge customer additional based
upon prices in market change. VistaTech authorizes new computer
systems/computer rebuilds a one-year warranty on. All repairs and
service carry a 90-day warranty. Afterwards, manufacturer's part warranty
applies. VistaTech is not responsible for delay in response of warranty
claims. Software is not included in this warranty. VistaTech is
not responsible for software problems, network difficulties, network
damage, or no network/internet access. VistaTech is also not responsible
for lack of service/connection speed or any software conflicts that
may result from wireless networking. VistaTech will do its best
to accommodate customer in preventing such problems. All bills are
expected to be paid in full at job completion unless otherwise noted.
A $25 per month late fee may be charged starting the first day a payment
is late. In addition, up to a 20% finance charge may be applied to
any open balances not paid by the original due date. VistaTech charges
a $30 bounced check fee on all returned checks and late fees may apply.
A 10% deposit may be requested for major networks and jobs or for
computer builds, before parts are ordered and work may commence. VistaTech
is not responsible for manufacturer changes or misprints. VistaTech
is not responsible for any misprints or typographical errors. VistaTech
reserves the right to deny checks or request a certified check for
payment. VistaTech is not responsible for any software or compatibility
difficulties. VistaTech WILL NOT WARRANTY ANY COMPUTERS that have
damage caused by a virus or use of KAZAA Media Desktop or any other
deemed similar software. VistaTech is not responsible for any conflicts,
programs, viruses or other problems that may result from these viruses
or programs. VistaTech is not responsible for any problems that
occur during diagnosis of computer problem, or any damage done to
machine during handling. VistaTech does not cover "no problem
found" diagnosis. All service, whether or not the customer approves
a repair, is subject to the original service call/bench charge. If
customer approves work, service begins at regular rate and bench charge
may be waived. VistaTech does not cover and is not liable for loss
or damage to stored data, repairs to software, computer viruses, and
display marking caused by video games or computer programs, or computer
hardware that is added after the original purchase. VistaTech may
deny warranty fulfillment if someone other than a VistaTech employee
has opened machine since purchase, or if misuse has occurred. VistaTech
is not responsible for malfunctions caused by external causes such
as acts of God, power surges, negligence or failure to maintain the
system in a proper operating environment. VistaTech is not responsible
for customer modifications to systems unless authorized by a technician
of VistaTech, and reserves the right to void warranties where customer
fails to adhere by warranty limitations. Rebate coupons, unless otherwise
noted, are limited to one per address, one per household, one per
name. VistaTech reserves the right to refuse any rebate for any
reason seen fit. VistaTech will return any product within seven
days, as long as it is in working condition. All returns must have
prior authorization and must be return freight paid with a return
authorization number issued from a VistaTech representative. A 15%
restocking fee will be applied, unless otherwise specified. Any package
returned without a RMA number or without shipping costs pre-paid,
or containing missing information, missing components, or product
damage, will result in no credit to account. Hardware returns are
subject to manufacturer discretion. VistaTech will not be responsible
in the event a manufacturer denies a replacement of product. In no
event shall VistaTech or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be
liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages
including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business
or profits. VistaTech reserves the right to cancel any order for
any reason without prior notice. Quotes are free to personal users.
Quotes & Consultation fees (at $75/hr) will be charged for diagnosing
systems and/or making system recommendations/ suggestions and are
expected to be paid in full at job completion (unless written agreement
between company and VistaTech has been established). These suggestions
and recommendations are the opinions of VistaTech, and therefore,
VistaTech is not responsible for the results or outcomes of these
suggestions. VistaTech may decide to waive the initial consultation
charge, providing if and only if, signature on Service Contract has
been signed. VistaTech reserves the right to modify this page without

happens to encounter as a result of viewing this site, nor is the
VistaTech company, its owners/employees or web designer responsible
for any content, whether stated or implied throughout the site. Rates,
terms, policy, and any other part of this site is subject to change
without prior notice.
